Challenge

A Dubai based developer wanted to promote the offplan sales of condos in their latest project to potential investors from Europe. Previous attempts to woo investors to an all-day presentation seminar had failed spectacularly and venues were regularly cancelled due to low interest. Pay per lead,  PPC and email campaigns had all been tried, but the lead quality was below average and very few leads ever converted to attendees. They asked Advertizely to build a lead generation campaign which would specifically target their ideal investor persona.

The ads were shown on premium lifestyle channels and financial sites catering to an affluent audience, targeting english speakers by age, gender, household value, car brands owned and geo location.

  • A time countdown retargeting campaign was also developed to re-engage the landing page visitors and keep the offplan development top-of-mind 
  • The lead generation campaign was optimized for performance by device, time of day, creative, ad placements landing pages and geo targeting.
